Our Hitachi heat pump needs a service / check. It doesn't seem to be heating property and the outdoor unit is very noisy. Keen to get someone in to look at it asap.

Good communication and easy to deal with. Worked out to be quite expensive for a one hour job would be my only negative feedback (quoted on job not time so that's on me).
