Fireplace to render

We are looking for a tradesman to finish off rendering our fireplace to a high spec. Looking for fine lines and smooth/polished surface. Currently 2 coats of acrylic render and 1 coat of fine render has been done but needing finishing touches. In addition and within cost, we would like to consider a modern mantelpiece to be built however this is secondary.

Would definitely recommend. Cost was great, and the finished result was exactly what we wanted. I added before and after photos for anyone's interest. A++
