I want a proper inspection,quote and written report as to the state of our fireplace and if and what any repairs may be needed and honest answers to our cheapest options for repairs,and a sweep aswell.total honesty.please note we are tenants who have been given the all clear to get our independant opinion as we will be making a agreement if we can get the cheapest possible quote within our budget
