2x Heat Pumps - Installation Only

I have purchased TWO Haier heat pump units, please provide a quote to install them. The installation must be certified, and must have warranty - please provide details on the warranty you provide. Details on installation: (1) 3.5kW back-to-back installation in master bedroom. Easily accessible roof space. (2) 5.3kW installation in lounge. There will be a run of 3-4 metres to the external unit. There is a wardrobe behind the location of internal unit, and easily accessible under floor space and roof space. I think it will be necessary to install an additional circuit in the switchboard for the heat pumps, as a lot of the existing wiring in the house is VIR/TRS which I understand is no longer up to code. I also wish to have a heated towel rail wired up in the bathroom. I'm prepared to install the wiring and leave the connection and certification to a sparky. Please also tell me if you're prepared to do this at the same time, and how it affects your quote. Thanks, Brett.
