Swimsation Heating

I am from Papakura Swimsation- a swim school facility in Papakura. We have an electrical heating system that heats/cools our changing facilities and our reception area. It is located on the roof so will need more than just a standard ladder to be able to gain access to the heating system. We have a switch board at our reception that we use to turn the heaters on and off- the light comes on when we turn it on but no heating kicks in. We had a couple of power outages recently and this seems to have been when the heating stopped working so we are wondering whether this could be to blame and that the heating just needs a reset.
