We are purchasing a new fireplace from a merchant and need it installed by a qualified installer who can also submit the council consent for us. Replacing existing fireplace, two story house but fireplace is on second story. Sarked ceiling, 15 degree roof. No hearth required (has one).

Relocate heat pump exterior unit

I have a heat pump outside unit I need to move about 1 metre. This distance is specifically dependent upon the length of the existing pipes and electrics... At the moment the pipes come out of the wall and bend to one direction following the wall for approx. 600mm before bending towards the outside unit. I also have the hearth. The fireplace is a council approved clean air burning fireplace. Access to the roof and roof cavity (or whatever it's called), is easy.
