Fireplace Installation

I need intsallation of a free-standing woodburner fireplace and flue on the 2nd level of a 2 level house. I have the fireplace and flue as pictured. Both were taken out of another house. I also have the hearth. The fireplace is a council approved clean air burning fireplace. Access to the roof and roof cavity (or whatever it's called), is easy.
