Install two Daewoo Daytek heat pumps (9000 BTU and 18000 BTU),nground floor, back to back, include electrical connections to distribution board and electrical sign off in quote. Will need mounting brackets/stands for condenser unit. No special drainage requirements. Rental unit with owner permission.
