Flue removal

We want to decommission our fireplace, but first we need to remove the flue. The house is two storey (see photo). We don’t have ladders tall enough to reach the top to remove the flue. Looking for someone that can remove the flue and cap off the top of the chimney. We are not removing the chimney.

Connect Heat Pump Gas

We have two heat pumps we bought from Trade Depot. They are mounted on interior walls and the outdoor units are in place. The electrical is underway and will be certified after the gas/drainage connections are done. We just need someone to do that part - connect the interior and outdoor heat pump units to each other.

Fire place or other method?

Currently have three fireplaces in a 5 bed & 3 living space house with 2 kitchens. Hrv? Heat transfer? Heat pump heating cooling and hot water? Can I Heat a spa using the hot water tank as the heat source Want to move away from gas infinity for hot water too

Replacement of pellet fire - install new wood burner

Remove the existing pellet fire and install a new wood burner (medium/large size, 4 bedroom house). Ideally to be done early next year and we have yet to purchase the wood burner so open to recommendations. The pellet fire is next to two exterior concrete block walls.
