Flue removal

We want to decommission our fireplace, but first we need to remove the flue. The house is two storey (see photo). We don’t have ladders tall enough to reach the top to remove the flue. Looking for someone that can remove the flue and cap off the top of the chimney. We are not removing the chimney.
