Heatpump is not blowing hot air. Cold works fine, but when 'heat' is selected, it shuts down and the Timer light flashes. Possibly an error code 99 which google said could be this: (F99) - the error of the DC protective system, possible situations: compressor failure, defect of the transistor system, current detector of the outdoor unit board, low resistance of compressor windings.
