Mitsubishi heat pump fault/repair

Tenant has informed me that mitsubishi heatpump has a fault and keeps turning itself off after a few minutes. I tested it on high fan med heat and it made a pirging sound then subsequently stopped blowing. The lights were still on and the vanes were still moving. The air flow reduced and seemed to be cooler, after a while it seemed to heat up again. Need an assessment for repair. Please quote call out fees.
