Quote for heatpump purchase and install

Got the healthy homes standard report done for rental property. Living room requires a 3.6kw heating unit. I would like a quote for a 4kw heatpump. Property is on flat and easily accessible. Wall for installation is at ground level, space on left of chimney is 1m, on right 1.80m. Ideally can fit on the left but could also go on right. Picture from inside wall as well.
