Heat Pump Specialist Required

We need a specialist to look at our heat pump, which has become extremely loud and is vibrating terribly.
The outdoor unit is installed on top of an aluminum carport, which seems to be amplifying a massive amount of vibration throughout the house. It was "serviced" last year when we moved in, but it wasn't a full service because the electrician wasn't confident or safely able to get onto the carport cover to check the outdoor unit. As a result, the exterior part of the system hasn't been proper...
