Replace our faulty existing Hitachi 50YHA3 with a Mitsubishi AP60 Plus (MSZ-AP60VGKD2): --- Hopefully can reuse most of the existing cabling/piping. I can see Smiths City is running a promotion that the EcoCore Classic can be upgraded to an EcoCore Plus at no cost: --- - --- #promo-1723 Refrigerant in existing system needs to be disposed of properly. The indoor unit is in our living room, the outdoor unit at the back of the house behind a gate with easy access.

Highly recommended. They've replaced our faulty Hitachi heat pump with a Mitsubishi one. Very prompt quote, communication, and a good price. High level of expertise and will definitely contact them again for future work. A surprise in our current installation was rectified promptly. We're very happy with our new, working heat pump.
