I bought a 2nd hand heat pump on TradeMe and have been assured that is able to be re-installed by the tradesman who unistalled it.

Adam was not able to do the work required as he isn't qualified to do braising of copper piping. He did say that he would give me the name of another tradesman who is qualified. But after 2 texts and one email he failed to give me this information! I have put in the field "Who did the work?" I put that he did it himself but the work was never completed. Might be an idea to create a field that allows this? Also I put 100.00 but no money changed hands. Unsatisfactory all round/
