Duct instalation

I need to have 2 roof ducts installed (see the attached photo). The task involves cutting 2 holes approximately 150mm in diameter near the top of the roof, installing the roof ducts, and ensuring no leaks. One of the roof ducts must be connected to an existing ducting pipe, which is already connected to a fan and located in the ceiling. I will provide the roof ducts, silicone, and ducting pipe.
