New fireplace insert and flue in pre-existing open fireplace

We have purchased a fireplace insert for our pre-existing open fireplace. Looking for someone to help us with sorting the consent and purchasing/installing the correct flue. Husband is a timber joiner so will get the bulk of the prep work and new tiling and such done before hand to meet the new code and can help where needed with installation. If you are able to give a ball park quote on the flue, hcc consent and time that would be fantastic!
