Heat pump install

I have a heat pump that requires installing in our rental, it was pumped down correctly when removed from our house. The installation is back to back, and the indoor unit is already mounted on the wall and drilled through to the outside, power is available from a power point also back to back. What is required to finish the installation is the copper work and have the unit commissioned.
