We have an old electric heater (looks like an old heat pump) in a small 1 bedroom unit that isn't working properly. It stops heating after around 40 minutes, especially on colder days. We would like to know whether it can be fixed. We also need some advice on where a heat pump could be installed and, depending on whether the existing heater is fixable, what size heat pump would be suitable. Installation also needed.
