Uninstall an existing Rinnai Ducted Aircon Unit

We installed a Rinnai Ducted Aircon Unit into our 4bed home and have sold the place to a developer who will be removing the house and he's allowed us to take the aircon unit with us. We need someone to come and safely Uninstall it while keeping in tact as much as possible so it can be stored easily until our house build is complete in about 12 months time. The person needs to be available March 9th or a day or two earlier to Uninstall this unit.
