Heat Pump Installation (Daikin Preferred)

Have existing Daikin Heat Pumps, and ideally would like a another installed to heat/cool an approximately 15m^2 room. Room is on the second floor of a Unit, with another heat pump already installed in adjacent room (outdoor unit installed on 2nd floor outdoor balcony). There is ceiling access if required.
