Heated Towel Rail & Heat Fan Light Installation - 70s Lockwood Home

Kia ora, I would like to install heating in the bathroom of a 1970s Lockwood home please which has no current heating. I'm thinking by installing a heated towel rail and a heat fan light will do the trick in the interim however I'm totally open to the expertise of a trusted tradie. I've included some photos of the possible places where the heating could be installed but again, I'll leave the decision to the expert. I'd also like help with choosing the best product and luckily Mitre 10 Mega is just down the road.
