We need the fireplace brick facia and tiled hearth removed. Then the wall repaired gib and plastered and the floor boards repaired ready for painting by others. Are you able to also arrange to get the gas heater removed. It is now disconnected. Also if the same tradie is able to remove and replace a new bathroom vanity (about 750mm) and install a new mirrored cabinet in the wall (about 1700 x 280 x 130mm). painting also by others.
