Fire place install

I need an old fireplace removed and replaced with a new one, including flue, shield and I think a new hearth as my one is not to spec any more. Also want the council stuff done if poss, so the whole package deal. Want it done ASAP too please, had a guy meant to be doing it but he is taking way too long, and it is freezing! So please don't bother if you have too much work on or don't want to do it, thanks
