The outside air conditioning unit needs servicing, and fitting onto wall on brackets, also the water drainage pipe needs repair and to be able to drain away from the building.The heat pump is outside flat 5 (upstairs) at 1/380 Ellerslie-Panmure Highway, Mount Wellington. At present water is going onto the deck under unit and soaking into the masonry block wall causing problems.The unit needs to be on brackets on the wall say 450mm from the deck so as all water will drain away, and the surface of the area keeps dry.
