The Air Con is not working efficiently in the building. The Body Corporate want someone to investigate using a camera system to probe the ducts. The building is 4 stories high and has 150mm square vents in each apartment (one per bedroom and bathroom) that are in the ceiling cavity. They then go to a central riser for each vertical sets of apartments and to the roof where there are fans. It is not possible to access the services except at the vents and the roof mounted fans.

Cement or thin brick fireplace surround with an eyebrow #2

We need a cement or thin brick fireplace surround to enable the fitting of an eyebrow to help with flame and smoke draft. The firebox is shallow and the old eyebrow was damaged by our builder who was fixing a new wooden fireplace surround. See pics. Need this done asap so that the tilers can tile over the surround and hearth. They are currently doing the bathroom. We are after the quickest and cheapest option here.
