Heat Pump / Air-cond Drain Pipe Leak

We have a Mitsubishi AP25 heat pump unit which required a drain pipe that had to be installed through the wall of the wardrobe. The drain pipe is leaking (inside the wardrobe) which appears to have been caused by a (possible) crack on the piping as we can see water seeping out of the pipe and dripping into the wardrobe. Please refer to attached photos for reference. The heat pump is working fine, so we only really need help with sealing the crack or changing the pipe?
