Heat Pump Compressor not working

Compressor (Daikin) feeds two heat pumps. The two heat pumps have power, remote functions work but no cooling. Reset gives about 30 seconds of air then stops with flashing lights. Power to the compressor but this appears to not be communicating to the heat pumps. Possibly PCB issue? Photo is of spec sheet on side of compressor.

Sam worked well with us given the building had to be unlocked for access. He communicated well on his ETA and on the job. Everything was well explained and allowed an informed decision on the (slightly altered) original scope. He and his guys were great to have on site, and left a clean, tidy work area. Recommended.
