We have a Panasonic CS-E12LKR which is barely cooling. It's about 14 years old. It uses R410A I'd like someone to come and in and get it back running again. A deep clean was performed about six months ago, so internal/external units aren't clogged etc and the filters are clear.

Jay came in and quickly diagnosed the old unit as being un-economical to repair. The old unit used a legacy refrigerant, and there was no guarantee that any repair would last. Three options for a replacement unit were provided. The pricing was the same as other back to back options I had seen online and reused the existing pipwork. We chose one and it was installed by Jay a few days later. All this occured between Christmas and New Years.
