Installation of brand new Panasonic heat pump

We would like a heat pump installed into our sleep-out. We are currently lining it and running electrical, so we would like the sucessful tradie to tell us what cabling they would need installed where. Due to a relationship with Panasonic, we will be providing our own new Panasonic heat pump for the tadesperson to install. It will either be the CS/CU-RZ25XKR: --- Or the CS/CU-Z25XKR-1: --- The external until would be around 3m from the wall unit. We would like pricing to install the unit from a qualified professional. Installation would be in about 2-3 weeks, however we would like your input on where you require cabling prior to this.
