Repairs prior to house painting

House will be painted in October. Quite a few repairs need to be done before this, eg two window hinge replacements, small areas of rotten weatherboard and bargeboard, window re-glazing, repair or replace high picket gate. Was given a contact by the painting company but they have not replied after initial contact several months ago. Would also like 20m of new picket fence built but this is secondary to the house repairs.

Excellent communications and workmanship, very happy to recommend. The job needed to be brought forward unexpectedly (pre-paint house repairs, painting was brought forward due to good weather speeding up prior job completion) and this was carried out with no fuss and excellent attention to detail. A creative option for one aspect of the work was proposed (replace old wooden windows in poor condition with a very good alternative, not aluminium btw) and installed successfully.
