Water damaged flooring needs replacing

Water damaged section of flooring running from kitchen under the cabinet through to the bathroom. Came from an underfloor leak that is now fixed. There is clearance under the house to look at the extent of the damage. Need the cabinet removed, and flooring replaced, unsure if the damage is surface level or down through the timber.

Repairs prior to house painting

House will be painted in October. Quite a few repairs need to be done before this, eg two window hinge replacements, small areas of rotten weatherboard and bargeboard, window re-glazing, repair or replace high picket gate. Was given a contact by the painting company but they have not replied after initial contact several months ago. Would also like 20m of new picket fence built but this is secondary to the house repairs.

Install new washing line

We have bought a retracting clothes line for install to replace or old lines which are old and fraying. We need to install a new post (wooden and securely concreted at base) as the current one is attached to the fence and leaning over, which is pulling the fence over. The new one needs to be offset from the fence and then the new clothes line attached.
