Hi, We have found a leak in our house that has been there for ages.. Exterior wall -Bottom plate is rotten. Has fibrolite sheets as outside cladding, that can also be replaced, so access is good. Concrete floor. I can regib and plaster interior. No wiring or plumbing to worry about
