Several jobs for Builder / Handyman

Hi, we have just moved to new house and have a few jobs that need doing: - One jointer missing in the external wall over the lower-level rood – proprietary trim will need to be refixed and sealed - Remove satellite dish from roof - Currently no access to subfloor – inspection report mentioned access be installed. If we could get a quote/options. - Bathroom pocket door needs rehanging - The movers tilt door damaged / pulled away some guttering and the damage needs repair (we will need separate quote to send to the moving company, but will you pay you to fix and then claim from the moving company).
