Wallpaper spare room

I want my spare room wallpapered with 'painton' textured wall paper which I will then paint. Room is 2.6m high and is roughly 2.3m x 3m. It has one reasonable sizedwindow (wooden frame). The walls have been replastered and I'm keen to do the preparation (size the walls etc) to keep the cost down. I have the wallpaper.
