House Refubishment

LABOUR ONLY BUILDER REQUIRED FOR HOUSE RENNOVATION WORK: 1 November Start and early to mid december Finish: House is built in the 1900's and we are looking to re-arrange the inside. The two new owners will be on site at all times during the construction period to assist and do the labouring work. There is a bit of work to be done in a short timeframe therefore we require a fast worker with the necessary skills. Overview of works: 1. building new partitions as per plans - not planned for the builder to fix the gib but may be required to depending on how the job goes 2. Makeing good holes in the floor where chimneys will be coming out of. 3. re-positioning windows in couple of the rooms and making good the exterior. 4. Cladding a new exterior wall with weatherboards and making good any exterior defects such as rotton soffit/facia board. 5. Installing beams into structural walls to make way for doors 6. Installing a number of doors 7.You will be required to generally run the job and inform us when we need to have the electricians/plumbers/materials on site We will want to meet with you within the next week to run through the job and see if we will be able to work together.
