Re-gib, insulate, plaster, paint lounge & kitchen. Our one-bedroom flat has been rented out for 5 years and is now being renovated. Would like to regib the ceiling and 2 walls of lounge and kitchen. The ceiling gib has been damaged by water, but the leak has been fixed and a cover-up of the existing gib is ok. Will need installation of pink batts in the walls prior to installation of new gib. Approx floor area 30sqm, 2.7m stud. No need to cart away the mess - we'll be hiring a skip to clean up the whole flat. And manual labour to help is available, if needed. Happy to accept quotes for gib-stopping and painting too.
