Carpentry /Window/Repairs

We have a list of things we would like to get done at our place. A lot of it is really more handyman stuff: • Reseal/repair kitchen skylight window that is leaking (urgent) • Loose window frame in bedroom that needs repairing • Some waterproofing work around shower • Replace a couple of awnings over exterior doors (x2) • Replacing rotten skirting board on French window doors • Refitting brass locks in French doors (x4) I've included photos of all the items that might help give a better idea of what needs to be done.
