Remove stripped screw

I don't have a drill bit strong and small enough to get a screw extractor into this. Need someone to remove it for me. I think it's brass, very soft metal at least. Don't mind if you end up having to use brute force - I don't have the strength or patience to get this thing out! (To make it worth your while, happy to also get a quote on fixing the post to the wall, which needs a slightly creative solution that I probably don't have the right tools for)

Removed stripped screw and created a timber connection from balustrade to wall, then re-installed balustrade. Very good communication and did a great job - new connection for balustrade is solid as.
