Fixing of rat holes (possible entrances and exits)

We have become host to a rat (though we haven't heard it in a while since the poison was set out). We've noticed a fair emount of damage on the external parts of the house where the critter has eaten through wood to create openings. Further investigation has shown several more holes around and under the house which could be used as access points. We'd be grateful for someone to come and patch up the holes as best they can to prevent further four-legged visitors :)

Garry has been a great builder to come on and attend to the original brief, and his long standing knowledge and expertise allowed us to work with him on other tid bits around the property - very friendly and good communication, well-priced. Definitely recommend (comes with a lil' Jack Russell Terrier !). Garry was also very flexible with changes and desires from us, and also to additional work being added on top of the original brief - we're both very grateful for. 10/10 would engage again.
