Fencing / Deck Railing

Want to put up some trellis type fencing / railing around and enclosed deck to keep dogs in. Will need a couple of basic gates as well. All told its prob about 3-4 meters and two gates. Photos show the area although for some reason it looks like the have been inverted by my the web site.
