Roof repair

Galvanized roofing/longrun currently installed on an extension however job was not completed. Small amount of finishing required, nailing both sheets and flashings, silicon on any small holes, one barge flashing required. There may be a couple to be replaced where the new and old sheets overlap. Approx 80sqm of roofing that needs to be nailed off. Galv and flashings were supplied by Metalcraft Industries. On the old part of the house we there is a small leak in the coloursteel that will need to be investigated asap. This is coming down the wall in our ensuite when the wind/rain gets up. We've also got a requirement for a replacement of fascia to match the new part of the house but this might be a separate job (would like done at the same time, all in one go with any scaffolding that may be required). If gutters and spouting can also be included in the job then we'd definitely consider it if it's more cost effective. Job is located in Titirangi, to be done as soon as possible. I'll only be getting a couple of quotes.
