Leaking Conservatory and mould buildup.

Any time it rains we get substantial leaks through our conservatory along the window line this has lead to a build up of mould. We have called various tradies who have all referred us to other tradies and essentially sent us in a circle. We just want the problem dealt with so we can have a healthy home. - Essentially we need to source of the leak found and remedied and the mould to be treated (may require the silicone to be replaced).

Floorboard to be replaced

Floorboard under carpet needs to be replaced. Measures around a metre in length. When walking over it, it feels spongy. Photo on right, when looking at it closer, shows a ridge going across the carpet. The one on the left is harder to see. History - around 6 years ago I had the bathroom redone (seen on left). The floor had been replaced coming out into the hallway. Did not go further up the hallway.

Urgent - Security Door Repair

Our Bush fixes haven't worked and the door is going to either lock us in or keep us out, It's like to door is too heavy for the hinge and our bush fixing of rescrewing the hinge has crossthreaded the hole...
