Hi I have a rental property that has water tracking along the bath and into the wall cavity when the shower is being used. This has caused damage to the wall lining in this area. I need to have the wall linings around the bath and ajoining toilet wall removed, repair any damage that may be present to timber framing, re-gib, seal and paint as required. The property is tenanted and will require consultation with tenant for access. Thanks
