Renovation

Looking at purchasing an existing property. Viewed the property briefly - previous owners have commenced the renovations, but have given up. There are a number of leaks and rotten timber in the house. I firstly would like to get a very quick overview of whether it is a worthwhile project pursuing. We can then take it from there. There will be heaps of work for various tradespersons, so ideally looking for someone that has a very good general understanding of renovations and the various bits and pieces required. Property address: 40 Joseph Banks Drive Whitby Agent: Richard Ellis of Professionals Whitby Lynne (wife) is home during the day, so could easily meet at the property with the agent and do a quick walk through.
