Hi guys As per the photos attached, I require help with the four items below which should be easy fixes as looking to list my house for sale: 1. Add Hot Water cylinder restraint (purchased) as one only has currently installed. 2. Add screw to the Hot water cylinder thermostat cover (does not currently have one ). 3. Refix stays to the Hot water overflow pipe on the roof which are loose (as per the photo there is a ladder currently installed on the roof for you to access easily). 4. Repair hinges to the 1200mm high side gate approx. which isn’t opening freely (may just need tightening).
