Remove wooden shelves, electrical fixtures, and cleaning

We have a small garden shed full of wooden shelves, some furniture, and an electric point (mostly not working). As we are planning to remove the shed, we need to clear off the stuff inside. The task is just to dismantle the shelving and move it into the shaded area for the inorganic collection. The task might take a maximum of 2 hours for two people, and we would like to get it done before 5th Aug.
