New garage door, bathrooms painted, odd jobs

Garage Door: - Roller garage door (not yet purchased) needs to be replaced and fitted (existing one rusted). - External dimensions approx. 270w x 203h. Existing door dimensions approx 275w x 235h. - Current motor unit has not worked since property owned and no remotes. Want to know if it's repairable and if replacement remotes are available. Dependent on cost of fixing or replacing. Bathrooms: - Two mouldy bathrooms with peeling paint need to be prepared and repainted by a professional painter. - Possible install of extractor fan or shower dome in one bathroom - depending on advice and cost. - Remove old heater from bathroom. Possible replacement, depending on advice. - Possible replacement of vanity unit. May require plumbing adjustments and sand/polyurethene of exposed wooden floorboards. Dependent on advice, cost and time. Other minor jobs: - Fix or replace ranchslider handle - Fix or replace loose front door knob - Fix window latches and security locks - Apply window frosting (depending on advice and cost) Top priority: Repainting the bathrooms. Must be completed by end of Sat 12th Feb. Second priority: Garage door and the other minor jobs.
