Urgent job to replace 20 window latches, plus various small tasks

- I have 20 old window latches to be replaced with new latches (that I have). The screw pattern is different, so some of the old ones need to be filled with a bit of putty. This part is urgent, as we have an interior painter coming - 5 wooden windows are sticking, so need to be planed and maybe the stays lubed. - There is a door bottom draft seal to be screwed into place - Two very small floating shelves to be mounted - A heavy picture to be hung on a gib wall Happy to do this all based on an agreed hourly rate.

I hired Ben to do some fiddly jobs around the house, including replacing window latches and hinges, hanging a huge 30kg picture, mounting floating shelves, etc. Despite being happy to help with odd jobs like this, Ben is a skilled builder and joiner, which means he is really precise and neat. He even improved some latches a previous builder didn't get quite right. He's a really nice guy and communication was excellent. Highly recommended.
