On top of the indoor spa, there is an outdoor plywood deck. It was built flat and not correctly waterproofed, so the rainwater sits in the middle of it and degrades the plywood and beams underneath. Need to replace damaged beams, replace plywood, make sure the new surface is angled so the water doesn't sit there. Any other alternatives are welcomed, as long we keep the spa underneath dry. Suggested scope of work: - re-frame deck with correct joist spacings and fall - lift the main beam to correct levels to install flinch plate - install an extra flinch plate on the main beam for extra support - re-ply deck, waterproofing
